Refund Policy

1. Who this policy is for
1.1 This policy applies to the monthly Maps SEO subscription supplied by MAPS SEO LIMITED (Companies House 17040615) to businesses.
1.2 The service is provided to businesses only. Consumer cancellation rights (including the statutory 14-day right to cancel) do not apply.
2. The day-0 baseline
2.1 On the day your subscription starts we record your Google Maps ranking position for every keyword we set up with you ("the day-0 baseline"). This is your reference point, and every refund decision is measured against it.
3. The refund guarantee
3.1 If, at the end of your 3-month initial term, there has been zero improvement across all of your tracked keywords when measured against your day-0 baseline, we will refund the fees you paid for the initial term in full.
3.2 Improvement on one or more tracked keywords means the service is working and the guarantee is met. The guarantee applies only where there is no improvement on any tracked keyword at all.
3.3 The guarantee is measured solely against your own day-0 baseline for the keywords set up at onboarding. It requires that throughout the term you kept your Google Business Profile access, information and any agreed inputs available to us.
3.4 This is a refund promise, not a ranking promise. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular Google position — Google controls its own results. We guarantee diligent, white-hat work and the refund described above.
4. What is not refundable
4.1 We do not give partial refunds for the current month or for any month already started. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not claw back time already paid for.
4.2 Outside the initial-term guarantee in clause 3, monthly fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.
5. How to claim
5.1 Email contact us within 14 days of the end of your initial term. We will review your keywords against your day-0 baseline and, where clause 3 is met, refund the initial-term fees to your original payment method.
6. Cancelling
6.1 You can cancel at any time from your account panel. After the initial term, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your work continues until that date and no further months are charged. See the Subscription Terms for the full cancellation rules.
